A two-part non-flowable, 0.8 W/mK thermally conductive silicone adhesive is useful in applications such as battery module bonding and a variety of power electronic assemblies. Thin adhesive bond lines can be formed with this product increasing heat conduction between the device and heat sinks to which they are bonded.
Gelest® PP2-TC01Gelest® PP2-TC02 is a proprietary two-component ultra-high elongation thermally conductive silicone gap filler, ideal for use in EV battery design. The formulation's extreme elongation reduces mechanical and thermal stress, creating new fabrication and assembly options.
Gelest® PP2-TC02Gelest® PP2-TC03 is a two-part ultra-high elongation, 3.1 W/mK thermally conductive silicone gap filler ideally suited for battery modules, power electronics, cure-in-place thermal interlayers, and flexible electronics. This product has some adhesion to substrates, but a primer is recommended for optimal adhesion.
